Lightroom/ACR parses the "White Balance" setting and applies an approximation but the Temperature setting is never the same as set in-camera. All other settings such as Picture Styles, in-camera sharpening, saturation, contrast, White Balance, etc. The only two in-camera settings read by Lightroom/ACR are ISO and Exposure (i.e. The reason for the difference you're observing is that Lightroom and Adobe Camera RAW (the same RAW processing engine) do NOT read all the in-camera settings for RAW files. Nothing is wrong with Lightroom you just need to understand how it works.
